A user, aka a seat, is a person in your company or from outside who's able to log in to your account and use all or some of the features of the app, depending on their administrative rights.

We count responses on a per-respondent basis. Respondents can answer the survey completely or partially. It will qualify as one response in both instances.

You can easily create a free account without a credit card. After you create an account with SurveySparrow, you can explore all the features available in our Business plan during the 14-day free trial period.

You get access to the Business plan during your trial with a limit of up to 50 responses

When the free trial ends, you will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan and won’t be able to access the features in the paid plans. However, you can upgrade anytime as per your requirement and access our best-in-class features.

Absolutely! All your records are private, secure and therefore can be viewed & used only by you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Amex, and Diner's Club. To pay by check, wire transfer, or ACH, please reach out to support@surveysparrow.com.

Payments on SurveySparrow are powered by Stripe.com. Your credit card information never reaches our servers and is never stored there. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

If your business requires service providers to have a W-9 form on file for tax records, please reach out to us on support@surveysparrow.com.

SurveySparrow is a subscription-based service, which means that your plan auto-renews every quarter or year (depending on the term you choose).

SurveySparrow admins can change the subscription level. There are two options when downgrading from a paid subscription to the Free subscription:

1. We can automatically downgrade you to the Free subscription at your next renewal date. Your subscription will remain active at its current level until the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for.
2. Alternatively, you can downgrade to the Free subscription immediately. If there is more than one day until your renewal date, we will adjust the remaining balance on your account pro-rata and hold it on your account as a credit. You can use that credit towards reactivation of your paid subscription in the future.
We do not offer refunds.

No, we do not have any cancellation fees for the yearly plans.

You will be charged for the additional responses on a per-response basis. Price for additional responses depends on your plan. To view detailed pricing, click here.
For card payments, we will charge you at the end of the month. For ACH/Wire Transfers, we will send an invoice at the end of the month.
